«Kremniy El» is a critically important link in the chain of production of Russian «precision» weapons. The plant specializes in discrete semiconductor technology and integrated circuits, which are the «brains» and «nervous system» of modern weapons, in particular Iskander missiles, the General Staff commented.
The General Staff reported that the target was hit, causing significant damage to production facilities, and the extent of the damage is being determined. The General Staff also revealed that aerial reconnaissance before the strike was carried out by a unit of the separate regiment of unmanned systems «Reid» of the SBS of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Meanwhile, the advisor to the Minister of Defense, Sergei «Flash» Beskrestnov, commenting on this operation, noted that the successful strike on one of the most important factories in the Russian Federation, «Kremniy El» in Bryansk, deserves the highest praise. According to him, the factory produced semiconductors for Russian electronic warfare and communications.
