In June, the Ministry of Defense plans several releases: payment of fines in "Reserve+" and launch of a new module in "Army+"

By the end of June, payment of fines will be launched in "Reserve+". The Ministry of Defense believes that this function will be the digital achievement of the year. Also this month, the "My Technologies" module will appear in "Army+", where servicemen will be able to give feedback on equipment.

This was stated by Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko in an interview for DOU.

Payment of fines in "Rezerv+"

“We are preparing to launch the payment of fines in “Rezerv+”. I think this will be one of the digital achievements of the year,” Chernogorenko said. “There will be no need to go to the CCC, get a bill, go to the bank and come back with a receipt. A person will be able to do this in a few clicks. This will greatly reduce the load on CCC operators. We plan to launch at the end of June.”

If a person has violated the rules, they will see a "pay fine" button. By clicking it, you can see a window that says "If you voluntarily pay the fine, you can do so with a 50% discount."

The user checks the accuracy of the data, on the basis of which a statement of recognition of the violation is automatically generated. Then clicks: "Sign and send the statement."

The application is submitted to the CCC and the SP, processed and a decision is made. After that, the user can pay the fine through the payment system.

The confirmation receipt will be stored in the "Oberig" registry.

At the first stage, these will be fines for not updating data on time, and then other categories will be added.

"My Technologies" module in "Army+"

“At the end of June, we expect the release of the important module “My Technologies”,” said Kateryna Chernogorenko about the new release in “Army+”, where 800,000 verified military personnel.

Servicemen will be able to provide feedback on equipment or request its modernization directly to the manufacturer. This way, the Ministry of Defense will collect big data and will be able to respond faster to the innovation cycle.

How it will work:

  • military personnel only need to enter the product serial number and leave feedback;
  • This feedback will go to the supplier. The supplier has a service-level agreement, and according to it, he must respond within a certain time;
  • The serviceman who sent a ticket with feedback will receive a solution to the problem personally in a secure messenger, directly from the manufacturer.

According to Chernogorenko, this way the Ministry of Defense will achieve two goals:

  1. build interaction with the supplier so that the military does not have to look for the manufacturer or its support service;
  2. see how many incidents have occurred with a particular manufacturer, how quickly it reacts, how quickly it fixes things.

"This will also provide insight into how to further manage procurement. For the first time, we will make decisions based on data in procurement," the Deputy Minister noted.

Initially, the "My Technologies" module will be launched with manufacturers who have signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense.
