The Defense Ministry has codified a domestic system of laser simulators for training grenade launchers, the Defense Ministry website reported , citing the Main Directorate for Lifecycle Support of Armaments and Military Equipment.
The device is made in the form of a simulated ammunition, which is installed on a grenade launcher. The range of hitting conditional targets using the simulator is similar to the distance of firing from an RPG-7. The simulator allows you to practice preparing for firing, aiming, firing, and observing safety measures during shooting. The simulator has the function of simulating a jet attack.
The device also supports interaction with other types of simulators, allowing it to be integrated into comprehensive training solutions.
Although the Ministry of Defense does not name the developer of the simulator, judging by the photo provided to the ministry, it is a simulator for the RPG-7 from the company Skiftech, since the photo for illustration matches the photo on the company's website .

The RPG-7 simulation simulator consists of two main components: an RPG-7 mounting block (fixed on the grenade launcher and simulates a shot) and hit detection sensors (mounted on armored vehicles).
Previously, Ukrainian tactical simulator manufacturer Skiftech received a 10-year contract from the US Army. Skiftech equipment is used to train the Armed Forces, National Guard, State Border Service, Special Operations Forces, and other state military organizations of Ukraine.
