Ministry of Defense codified Shchedryk and allowed it to be supplied to units of the Defense Forces.
The complex consists of a control station and remotely controlled aircraft. The latter are equipped with silent electric motors and have increased resistance to radio-electronic interference.
Shchedryk aircraft can perform tasks in strong winds, frost and heat. The battery charge is enough for a long period of continuous operation. The drone can reach speeds of up to 150 km/h, has a range of up to 40 km and is capable of climbing to a height of up to 4 km.
«The capabilities of the aircraft and its optical equipment allow it to operate from heights that are difficult to reach for most enemy air defense weapons,» the defense ministry noted.
