«Soon, some citizens will be able to register remotely — without personal visits to the CCC and paper procedures,» the press service of the Ministry of Defense said in a statement.
In order to participate in the testing, they are asking you to fill out the appropriate form.
Men who are not on military service and who:
- will turn 17 in 2026;
- at the time of application they are between 25 and 59 years old.
After filling out the form, such users should receive an invitation email from Reserve+. They should then install the Reserve+ app or update it to the latest version, and then follow the instructions in the app.
At the same time, online registration is currently unavailable for women who are subject to military registration by profession — they still need to contact the CCC and the Joint Service to register. Men aged 18 to 24 are also not yet involved in testing this feature.
We will remind you that Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Oksana Ferchuk announced the transition to the online TCC system by the end of the year.
