The agency ordered 490 Autel EVO Max 4N drones. The initial cost of the tender was UAH 181.57 million, in which 11 participants participated. As a result of competitive bidding, the cost was reduced to UAH 128.23 million : So the savings were 29%.
The purchases were made under framework agreements, so the delivery dates and winners are hidden. As a result, the average cost of the set was 261,587 UAH, the lowest — 257,300 UAH/set .
This is a new record for the minimum price for the Autel EVO Max 4N. The previous one belonged to the State Service for the Development of Aircraft Systems, which in May contracted 1,200 such drones for 261,332 - 269,442 UAH/set (the set differs in a smaller number of additional pairs of propellers).
Retail prices for Autel EVO Max 4N, according to the Hotline.ua website, also continue to decline and currently fluctuate at UAH 364,000, which is 28% higher than in AOZ contracts.
As for the purchases of this Autel model on Prozorro, here the prices mostly continue to stay above 300 thousand UAH. In addition to AOZ, in June the military unit A0409 was able to purchase drones below the market price — 284,535 UAH/set . The most expensive set was contracted in June by another military unit A5006 — 419,000 UAH for a set with a battery.
The Defense Procurement Agency also contracted 865 Mavic 3 Pro drones for UAH 70 million . Bidding for this position was less competitive — 3-5 companies competed for the contracts. Therefore, the total savings from the expected cost amounted to 7.7%.
The average price in contracts is UAH 81,277/set, which is 3.5% lower than the market average of UAH 84,204 and within the range of fluctuations in Prozorro.
Recall that in May, the Defense Procurement Agency (DPA) concluded several agreements for the supply of DJI Mavic drones for UAH 478.69 million.
