Unlike the web version, the mobile voice AI will operate entirely on the Ukrainian model and its own sovereign infrastructure.
This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation, Oksana Ferchuk, during a speech at IT Arena.
She recalled that the first version of the AI consultant was launched on the web portal "Diya" based on the international model. The voice tool in the smartphone will have a fundamentally new technical base.
"Voice in the mobile application will be launched on a Ukrainian product, on our sovereign infrastructure. We truly believe that this will change the user experience, because interacting by voice from a smartphone is much more convenient than from the web version," emphasized Oksana Ferchuk.
Special attention was paid to data security during development. The solution will be completely isolated within a secure state loop and will meet all GDPR requirements.

According to the minister, the goal of the "Diya" team is to transfer as many of the 200 existing digital services as possible to an agent-based approach so that citizens can receive the necessary information and services using simple voice or text commands in a few seconds.
As dev.ua reported, a new function based on artificial intelligence has appeared in the application and on the "Diya" portal — an operational check of credit history.
