The new register is part of a major digital transformation of the cultural sphere, the Ministry of Digital Affairs noted .

The system is currently in test mode: the team is testing features, collecting feedback from institutions and experts, and connecting it to other government registries.
Let us remind you that the «Diia.Engine» platform has been operating since September 2023. This is a tool that allows authorities to quickly create registers, automate services and databases.
According to the Ministry of Digital Affairs, more than 26 ministries and government agencies are already using the «Diia.Engine» platform to create more than 50 registers.
In April 2025, the head of the PlayCity state agency, Gennady Novikov, announced plans to transfer the register of game addicts to the Diia.Engine platform.
Also this year, an AI assistant was launched on the Ministry of Youth and Sports' «Diia.Engine» platform. It automatically checks applications for international youth exchange project competitions and provides advice to contestants on completing applications.
