The Ministry of Digital Affairs presented Digital State UA — the first platform in Ukraine that represents Ukraine's achievements in GovTech, IT, and Tech at the global level.
Digital State UA’s mission is to change the global perception of Ukraine by establishing it as a leader in innovation, GovTech, and digital resilience. It is a platform for governments seeking to learn from Ukraine’s digital transformation experience, for international businesses and global investors seeking new opportunities in the Ukrainian IT sector, for startups and technology companies looking to scale innovation, and for international media and think tanks following global technology trends.
"We continue to build the most convenient digital state in the world for citizens and technology businesses. And in the direction of digitalization, Ukraine is not just adopting the experience of other countries, but also implementing technologies and innovations that are interesting to the world. That is why we are launching the Digital State UA portal, which will broadcast on real cases how digitalization is changing Ukraine. The portal will become a window for the global community, unite state initiatives, the public and private sectors, and also strengthen the perception of Ukraine as a digital leader in Europe," said Mykhailo Fedorov, Deputy Prime Minister for Innovation, Development of Education, Science and Technology - Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
The Digital State UA platform, which is available in Ukrainian and English, not only highlights the projects of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, but also represents the entire Ukrainian GovTech, IT, Tech market and shows examples of cooperation between the state, public and private sectors.
"We strive to increase the interest of investors and international partners in cooperation with Ukrainian companies in order to develop and implement innovative solutions in the global market," the Ministry of Digital Affairs said in a press release.
On the Digital State UA platform:
It tells about digital Ukraine — how our ecosystem is built, what initiatives it consists of, and how it works at the national and regional levels;
real cases are demonstrated - success stories of Ukrainian digital products and services;
highlights Ukrainian GovTech and IT solutions that have the potential to scale in global markets;
international and Ukrainian research is hosted (such as Brookings, World Bank);
Expert columns are published from government representatives, heads of foundations, heads of international companies, CEOs of startups, and leaders of digital transformation - those who are already shaping the future of technology in Ukraine and the world.
Leaders of the Ukrainian technology sector, international think tanks, public initiatives, and media were involved in creating the materials.
