The You Never Build Alone initiative is positioned as the first step for anyone who has an idea but has not dared to start creating their own technological product.
Tech entrepreneurship ecosystem Mission Possible has announced the launch of a new online program, YNBA (You Never Build Alone). The YNBA program is designed for five weeks and does not require participants to have previous achievements, income, or experience.
The program has a clear structure "1 week = 1 action = 1 result" and starts on November 10, 2025. Participation is completely free and online.
The main stages of the 5-week marathon:
Week 1: Idea and Community — searching for and formulating an idea, collecting initial feedback.
Week 2: Prototype — creating the first working prototype of the product using available tools.
Week 3: Validation — testing the idea on real users and collecting feedback.
Week 4: Improvement — improving the product based on the feedback received.
Week 5: Final (Demo Session) — presentation of progress achieved in a 90-second video format and determination of next steps.
The program will be hosted by Andriy Sorokhan, venture director of the investment fund u.ventures and a member of the Mission Possible Advisory Board. The format includes weekly live broadcasts with founders, progress reviews, and constant async activity in the chat.
Who are the organizers looking for:
Mission Possible invites a wide range of specialists to participate:
IT professionals: developers, product managers, startup employees.
Students and young people: those who want to try their hand at entrepreneurship.
Industry experts: specialists in medicine, agriculture, energy, education and other fields who see the potential for innovation.
The initiative is implemented with the support of the Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund (UMAEF) (a fund funded by the US government through USAID) and the investment fund u.ventures. Registration is available at the link .
