In January 2025, 145,000 mobile numbers were ported under the MNP service, which was a record figure for the entire duration of the program.
This was reported by the National Commission for State Regulation in the Spheres of Electronic Communications, Radio Frequency Spectrum and Postal Services (NCEC).
The largest increase in new subscribers from other operators was registered with lifecell — 157,066 in the first two months of 2025. During this time, the company lost 21,579 subscribers who chose other mobile operators.
Vodafone Ukraine lost 57,349 customers. New users 29,732.
Kyivstar showed the worst customer churn — 58,081, and gained — 26,975.
Over the entire period of service provision in Ukraine, from May 1, 2019 to today, 964,514 subscriber numbers have been ported.
