«Mobilization can be transformed or not done in conditions where there is an agreement and it is being implemented, or maybe done partially and partially demobilized people,» Zelenskyy was quoted as saying by Ukrinform.
According to him, it is important at some point «not to lose the army, not to lose positions.» The President noted that after the conclusion of a peace agreement, martial law will not be lifted immediately, but will continue for several more months.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy also spoke about the peace plan, which has been reduced to 20 points. One of them stipulates that the Armed Forces of Ukraine should have a strength of up to 800,000 people in peacetime.
