«The government is working 24/7 to minimize the consequences of these cynical attacks. What we are doing specifically:
Separately, constant communication with people. Local authorities are obliged to ensure uninterrupted operation of hotlines. The head of the KMVA is instructed to organize round-the-clock operation of hotlines at the district military administrations of the capital. District leaders bear personal responsibility 24/7,» Svyrydenko noted.
According to her, during this week there was not a single day without shelling of energy facilities and critical infrastructure. A total of 44 attacks were recorded. The main attacks were carried out by the enemy on Donetsk, Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, Chernihiv, Kyiv, including Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv and Kherson regions.
In Kyiv, the Russians carried out one of the largest attacks on energy infrastructure during the entire full-scale war. The enemy targeted ballistic missiles, particularly at heat-generating facilities. The situation was further complicated by difficult weather conditions and a significant drop in temperature.
The government hotline — 1545 and the «Strum» hotline — 1549 are open 24/7.
The energy system is planned to be stabilized by Thursday after the massive attacks, the head of government added.
