The Innopraktika Foundation, run by the daughter of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, Katerina Tikhonova, will open a technohub for Russian high-tech companies in the Indian capital, New Delhi.
As The Moscow Times reports, Russian IT companies will be able to work with international partners there.
«Companies that are the cream of our high-tech industry should operate not only within the Russian market, but also be widely represented abroad,» said Natalia Popova, First Deputy General Director of this fund.
According to her, Innopraktika has already created a technohub in China and is discussing the opening of similar sites in the UAE, Brazil, and South Africa.
«That is, we are joining BRICS+ because we believe that this is the most promising strategy. We will grow our unicorns, and our technological leadership will be confirmed not only within the Russian market,» Popova promised.

Thus, exports of IT solutions from the Russian Federation decreased by 3.9 times over the specified period.
This dynamics is associated with the closure of the main export markets for Russian IT companies — the USA and the EU.
