Simulators of IT professions are available on "Diia.Osvita": a new one from Cisco was recently added - computer systems and network engineer

Practical simulators are available on «Diia.Osvita» where you can try out IT professions for free and assess your skills.

Computer Systems and Networks Engineer

The simulator shows how network engineers ensure the stable operation of digital services in business and government and protect critical systems and personal data from cyber threats.

Trains skills:

corporate network design;
setting up its main elements;
basic network infrastructure protection;
performing typical network engineer tasks.

Cybersecurity Analyst

The simulator demonstrates how cyber incident response works in real-world conditions.

Trains skills:

detection of phishing attacks, DDoS, data leaks and server infections;
cyberattack risk assessment;
isolation of compromised resources;
neutralizing attacks and abnormal actions;
incident documentation and escalation;
analysis of solutions with explanations after each step.

Data analyst. SQL and Power BI

This is a soft start in working with data for those who consider analytics as a future profession.

Trains skills:

working with basic SQL queries;
working with structured data;
creating visualizations in Power BI;
generation of reports and dashboards.

Data Analyst. Introduction to Excel

The simulator helps you develop your first confident skills in working with data using the key tool of an analyst — Excel.

Trains skills:

working with basic Excel functions (IF, SELECT, SUM, MAX, COUNT);
processing of text and tabular data;
performing initial data processing tasks;
checking the level of training before further training.

QA tester

The simulator shows what working with product quality looks like in practice.

Trains skills:

writing defect reports;
working with test cases;
completing typical tester tasks;
understanding the difference between manual and automated testing.
