On the "Diia" portal, you can book employees for critical enterprises: who can use the service

In «Diia» you can submit an application for temporary reservation of an employee for a period of up to 45 days. During this time, the specialist will be able to put the account data in order, and the company will be able to continue working without interruption, notes the press service of the «Diia» portal.

Who can use the service:

• enterprises of the defense-industrial complex;
• critically important enterprises for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
• their branches.

How to apply:

1. Log in to the «Diia» portal using your KEP.
2. Select the Employee Booking service.
3. Confirm your company details and role.
4. In the Employee Information section, select the category: Employees with military registration violations. It is important that the employee is on military registration.
5. Please provide employee details and the date of commencement of employment (no earlier than 45 days prior to today).
6. Sign the application. If you are an authorized person, your manager or the person with the right to sign will receive a notification.

The status of the application will be displayed in your personal account, and the result will be sent to your email.
