"Sber users (Sberbank — ed.) complain that they are unable to make payments and transfers, cannot log into their personal account, card payments in stores do not work, and that it is also impossible to withdraw money either at an ATM or in the office," Meduza reports.
Similar problems are observed among VTB and T-Bank customers. Also, according to the Downdetector service, the Fast Payment System (FPS) is not working.
"According to users, they are not receiving payments, transfers, and terminals are not working. Residents of Kaliningrad and Moscow said they cannot pay in stores where Sberbank terminals are located," the Russian Telegram channel "Beware, News" reports.
Sberbank reported that they are seeing "difficulties" with using some services for customers and promised to resolve the problems as soon as possible. VTB and T-Bank did not comment on the application failures.
