Uklon summed up the year of ride-hailing and delivery services in Ukraine. The company shared key statistics on how Ukrainians moved with Uklon: where they went most often, when and from where they ordered delivery, and what records cities and users set in 2025.
How riders and drivers from Uklon moved
This year, Ukrainians traveled more than 915 million kilometers with Uklon — about 1,190 full trips to the Moon and back.
In total, there were almost 135 million trips during the year, which together took over 30 million hours, or 3,470 years. The longest trip stretched for 1,075 km along the Kyiv-Odesa-Zhytomyr route.
The most active days of the year in terms of the number of trips were Valentine’s Day, International Women’s Day and its eve on March 7, the Friday before Independence Day, and Halloween.
Where did Ukrainians go?
Traditionally, the most popular destination for all cities was the railway stations. The only exception was Kharkiv, where the Nikolsky Shopping Center overtook the Southern Railway Station in popularity.
In addition, Uklon users made over 17,000 trips in the «Intercity» class. The most popular routes in the category were trips from Bila Tserkva to Kyiv and from Kamiansky to Dnipro, with the peak of such trips occurring on weekends.
Champion cities
Uklon also identified cities that set records for the specifics of service usage.
Kyiv earned the title of Business City and Cashless Flagship thanks to the largest share of Business class trips and cashless payments
Odesa became a Pet-Friendly City and an Ambassador of the «Women’s» class for the largest share of trips with animals and, accordingly, trips in the «Women’s» class
Bila Tserkva — A city of cash payments with the largest share of cash payments
Kharkiv was nominated as the City of Waiting due to the longest average waiting time for a rider after the car arrives
In contrast, Chernivtsi became the Most Punctual City with the shortest average waiting time
Kherson recognized as the City of 5-Star Riders for the highest share of five-star user reviews
Kryvyi Rih is the champion in the Express to Home category. Here, drivers most often use the «Home» filter, which helps them pick up orders in the direction of their place of residence.
Bukovel unexpectedly became the Champion of minibuses: every tenth trip within the complex is made by minibus
The title of Capital of Forgetfulness belongs to Lviv as the city with the highest proportion of things forgotten in cars
Records of the year
In addition to city records, Uklon recognized users who demonstrated the highest activity in various categories.
Promo code hunter: user who made 274 discounted trips
Feedback guru: left 425 written travel reviews in a year
The most demanding rider: contacted the care service 186 times
«Live interestingly»: a rider who loves unexpected adventures used the «Driver» service 78 times
Philanthropist: made 452 trips with the «Regular Donation» function, thanks to which he donated 94 thousand hryvnias per year
Tipping tycoon: the most grateful rider of the year left tips worth over 46 thousand hryvnias
Excellent driver: received 5,435 5-star ratings
Uklon «Inclusive»
In 2025, Uklon continued to develop the «Inclusive» class of cars for people who use wheelchairs. Currently, the class includes 9 inclusive cars available in Kyiv, Lviv and the suburbs.
During the year, service users made about 13 thousand trips and covered more than 135 thousand kilometers. Most often, they went to medical facilities, cafes and restaurants, as well as shopping malls. The average distance of such a trip was more than 10 km, which once again confirms the urgent need and social importance of the service.
To make the service more inclusive, Uklon has also added notifications for users about a driver’s functional impairment (disability) — in particular, in case of mobility, hearing, or speech impairment.
Uklon Delivery statistics
The Uklon Delivery service is most popular among Kyiv residents, who make more than half of all deliveries.
The Delivery service is most often used during lunchtime — from 11:00 to 15:00. The top five most popular places for orders are Kyiv’s Namelaka, Tisto, Syr i Titka Bella, Mimosa Brooklyn pizza Kyiv, Rebernia na Arsenalna, and Rebernia na Uzvoz.
As with trips, the busiest days of the year for Uklon Delivery fell on holidays: Valentine’s Day, International Women’s Day and its eve on March 7, as well as Mother’s Day and Halloween.
Support and findings
Over the year, the Uklon care service spent over 187,100 hours processing all requests — time that would have allowed you to watch the director’s cut of the Lord of the Rings trilogy 15,500 times.
The longest call with the care service lasted 1 hour and 46 minutes.
The most unusual request was a request that music be played in the car — the rider was transporting bees in hives, so music was needed so that the bees could fall asleep.
Forgotten things: over the year, Uklon riders have forgotten and returned over 140 thousand items in their cars.
