Palmer Luckey, co-founder of the American miltech company Anduril Industries, said that his company’s weapons helped destroy hundreds of millions of dollars of Russian military equipment, and Anduril did part of the «work» in Ukraine with its own funds.
As Palmer Luckey reported on the X Network, the company’s equipment and people were in Ukraine two weeks after the full-scale Russian invasion.
«Our autonomous weapons have destroyed the Russian war machine by the hundreds of millions. The United States must provide Ukraine with the tools it needs to win. This is the fastest path to peace — one way or another,» said Palmer Luckey.
The Anduril co-founder emphasized that some of the technology and work was provided by the American company at its own expense, adding that «the world is not as simple as you think,» because defense companies, instead of simply making more money elsewhere, can also work on an ideological basis.
Anduril Industries is an American company specializing in the development and production of advanced defense technologies. It focuses on the creation of autonomous combat systems, robotics, defense solutions in the areas of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
We also recall that Lucky Palmer is the founder of Oculus VR and the developer of the corresponding virtual reality headset. He sold Oculus VR to Facebook in 2014.
Recently, dev.ua reported that the American company Anduril Industries and the German concern Rheinmetall announced a strategic partnership: their cooperation will focus on the joint development and supply of autonomous air systems and advanced propulsion systems for Europe.
