Concert.ua ex-partners launch their own ticket operator with AI solutions and become competitors of their former business
The co-founders of one of Ukraine’s largest ticket services, Concert.ua, Yevhen Lysenko and Dmytro Chin, have announced the launch of a new ticket operator. This puts them finally in the position of competitors to Dmytro Feliksov, with whom they have worked together in the music and event business for over 26 years.
The entrepreneurs announced the launch of the new service after the public escalation of the conflict within Concert.ua, which Feliksov announced in mid-January 2026.
A new player in the ticket market
The new ticket operator from Lysenko and Chin is planned to be launched in the coming months, writes Forbes. Currently, the team: is completing the technical infrastructure; is forming an operations team. The entrepreneurs have not yet disclosed the name of the service, investments, and ownership structure.
According to Lysenko, the new service is being built from scratch and relies on a new product architecture, AI solutions, advanced analytics and recommendation systems, modern data protection mechanisms, and integration with marketing.
Feliksov claims that Concert.ua developments may be used for the new project. Lysenko denies this: «We did not use any resource, IT system, or tool that belonged to Dmytro Feliksov.»
Why did the partners break up?
Recall, in 2025, Lysenko and Chin left the positions of technical and marketing directors of Concert.ua. According to Feliksov, after that they did not transfer access to the IT infrastructure, CRM, financial systems and part of the company’s social networks. «The partners issued an ultimatum demanding disproportionate compensation in exchange for returning access,» Feliksov said.
In response, Lysenko and Chin claim that they have been restricted from accessing the company, its management, and communications since mid-December 2025. In late January, they publicly accused Feliksov of raiding Origin Stage. According to YouControl, Origin Stage is owned equally by three partners, each with a 33% stake.
Concert.ua is legally represented by Concert LLC, the sole beneficiary of which is Dmitry Feliksov. For the first three quarters of 2025, the company’s revenue amounted to UAH 66.9 million.
At the same time, in March 2025, the partners signed a partnership agreement, according to which: 50% belongs to Feliksov, 40% to Lysenko, 10% to Chinyu. Chinyu claims that Feliksov actually ignored this agreement and removed the partners from management.
UPD. «Right now, right before our eyes, a raider seizure of what we have been creating together for years is taking place,» — the co-founder of Concert.ua about the conflict in the company
