«We want to launch an AI agency. We don’t know exactly what it will look like yet, but we are sure that we will find our niche. There will definitely be standard services — training in working with AI, implementing correspondence analytics, optimizing processes related to texts, chatbots, etc.,» said Artem Borodatyuk, co-founder and CEO of the company, in an interview with Forbes Ukraine.
He is convinced that once the AI agency is launched, ideas will emerge about what to offer clients. «We will better understand the market and people’s needs. Now many companies are interested in AI, but often do not understand how to apply it. The same was true with SEO when I opened the agency: clients ordered SEO, not always understanding what they were paying for,» Borodatyuk gave an example.
He is convinced that a similar situation will occur with AI: many agencies will appear, most of which will offer dubious services. «However, there will be those that really benefit the business. I hope that we will find our niche and then we will be able to develop our own DeepSeek,» the top manager of Netpeak Group noted.
