«The Instapreneurs brand has passed into new hands. Now its development will be handled by the ninjaschool.io team,» the message on The Instapreneurs website says.
The company assures that users will not experience any changes from the merger in the near future, but updates will appear later. For now, The Instapreneurs and ninjaschool.io plan to develop as two separate brands with their own style, training areas, and products. At the same time, they plan to develop joint projects.
The Instapreneurs was launched by Veronika Senkina in 2022. The educational platform focuses on marketing, blogging and self-development, as well as monetizing social media, particularly Instagram.
Ninja School was created by Aram Simonyan and Artem Tertychny in November 2024. Their product operates on a subscription model with access to a library of courses and materials, but also has individual courses and workshops.
«We don’t want to grow for 10 years. Our focus is to do in 3 years what competitors took twice as long to build. To do this, we choose not only organic growth, but also M&A as a model for faster scaling,» commented Aram Simonyan and Artem Tertychny, co-founders of ninjaschool.io, on the acquisition of The Instapreneurs.
Currently, their platform has over 1,000 subscribers, over 300 course graduates, and monthly revenue of UAH 2.2–3 million.
According to the founders, they need the merger with The Instapreneurs to quickly scale their business and create audience synergy.
Among the key reasons for the agreement are:
Key management and product functions will move to Ninja School, as will part of The Instapreneurs team. The plan is to increase the number of employees by at least 30% in 2026 and prepare The Instapreneurs for scaling.
