IT company Nova Digital has developed its own platform for video management and business process analytics — VMS (Video Management System). The project was originally created for the needs of the NOVA group of companies (Nova Poshta). Currently, the system is already successfully operating in Ukraine and Europe, uniting over 50,000 cameras.
IT company Nova Digital has developed its own platform for video management and business process analytics — VMS (Video Management System). The project was originally created for the needs of the NOVA group of companies (Nova Poshta). Currently, the system is already successfully operating in Ukraine and Europe, uniting over 50,000 cameras.
The video management platform integrates video streams, archives, administration, and video analytics tools into a single system, the company explains .
The VMS provides simultaneous access for over 3,000 users and processes approximately 90 TB of video data daily. Out of 50,000 cameras, over 11,500 are used for video analytics, which helps monitor operational processes, assess facility utilization, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
“Our own development allows us to quickly develop the platform, implement new features, and integrate AI-based solutions according to business needs,” says Andriy Chepiga, CEO of Nova Digital.
The company adds that the solution can be adapted for companies with a large number of objects and video surveillance points of any complexity and model: logistics operators, manufacturing enterprises, retail, the agricultural sector, the pharmaceutical industry, gas station chains, and other businesses.
