"These messages have no relation to the company and are a phishing email," the company's press service emphasizes .
Customers began receiving SMS messages from unknown numbers saying: "Your parcel was delayed due to an incorrect index."
The message contains a dangerous link, supposedly for address verification, but in reality, for collecting personal and banking data.
Nova Poshta advises not to click on the link in the SMS, not to share personal data, and to delete the message.
In addition, the company reminded that official communication is conducted only through official channels: website , mobile application, social networks and
SMS message.
