Nova Post is scaling up in Poland: plans to triple the number of branches in 2026

This was announced by the company's CEO in Poland, Jakub Karon, in an interview with Wiadomości Handlowe , Forbes Ukraine reports .
In 2025, Nova Post demonstrated rapid growth in the Polish market. It was in Poland that the company opened the largest number of new points - 32 branches. In addition, according to the results of the fourth quarter of last year, the Polish business became profitable.
According to Jakub Karon, the company's CEO in Poland, last year Nova Post's turnover in the country was almost PLN 65 million (over $17 million). The company has reached breakeven, switched to a self-financing model and no longer requires financial support from the parent company.
Currently, the Nova Post network in Poland has 122 branches, most of which are partner branches. The company's modern infrastructure consists of 45 PUDO points operating at partner locations (cafes, hotels, service centers and medical institutions), 31 mini-branches, 30 own branches, as well as 16 franchise points.
The operator does not plan to develop its own network of ATMs. The company believes that this segment of the Polish market is already oversaturated, so it is focusing on partnerships with existing operators.
However, the company's main priorities are the development of international logistics between countries and scaling up work with small businesses. In particular, Nova Post sees great prospects in cooperation with the Polish e-commerce sector, which has over 75,000 companies, which are currently poorly acquainted with the Ukrainian market.
In total, 80% of Nova Post's customers in Poland are Ukrainians, and 90% of shipments are related to delivery between Poland and Ukraine.
We remind you that the first Polish branch became operational in early October 2022. As of February 2026, the group's European network already covers 16 countries. In addition to Poland, the logistics operator operates in Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Romania, Germany, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Hungary, Italy, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, Austria and the Netherlands.
