«We had a survey in the application about this procedure. It became the most popular among all surveys in Army+, about 18,000 soldiers took part. We heard about the problems of the process — and decided to launch a new service for receiving a reward,» said Chernogorenko.
She added that each serviceman will be able to «quickly, without unnecessary paperwork and bureaucracy, submit information» about the successful completion of a combat mission and receive a reward within 72 hours from the moment the report is approved.
«The state should be a fast and humane service, and the army should be modern and efficient,» noted Chernogorenko. The new report should appear in «Army+» soon, as «an important tool of support and motivation» of Ukrainian defenders.
Previously , the Naval Forces became the first in the Armed Forces to achieve full integration of the «Army+» application. All of its military units have processed at least one electronic report that has been approved or rejected with a reason in the application.
