Odd System, together with TFL, developed a camera with an auto-guidance module for interceptor drones
The auto-guidance system will be able to guide the interceptor drone to an aerial target more accurately than the drone operator and eliminates the risk of errors and dependence on the pilot's experience.

A new Ukrainian development was presented at the Brave1 Components exhibition - a camera for interceptor drones equipped with an auto-guidance module. This was reported by the founder of Odd Systems Yaroslav Azhnyuk, citing Oboronka.
The project is the result of cooperation between The Fourth Law (developer of software and auto-guidance modules) and Odd Systems (developer of the Kurbas camera line).
Detection range: up to 1000 meters (depends on weather conditions).
Working altitude: up to 5000 meters.
Claimed detection accuracy: 80%.
The system uses thermal imaging and artificial intelligence to analyze the movement, thermal signature, and other parameters of an object. This helps the operator spot an enemy UAV in the sky in time.
The module uses a Kurbas-640a camera as a sensor and a Raspberry computer as a processor. According to Azhnyuk, the system has already been integrated into drones from leading manufacturers of Shahed interceptors and has been tested.
The expected cost of a complete camera with a guidance module is about $800. The auto-guidance module separately will cost about $300.
The developers have a global strategic goal - to achieve complete autonomy of combat drones on the front, which will be able to independently fight both air and ground targets.
The recent downing of an Iranian-Russian Shahed 238 jet drone by a STING interceptor drone was carried out using a Kurbas-640a camera.
