This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The restrictions apply to deferrals related to the presence of children, care for loved ones, or the family status of the defender. Users are advised not to log out of their Reserve+ accounts, as logging back in will not restore access to the services.
But already issued deferrals, information about which is displayed in the electronic military registration document, will not disappear.
