Agent Trade Kit is designed as an MCP (Model Context Protocol) toolkit that connects AI assistants directly to OKX trading tools. This allows developers to create autonomous trading systems capable of managing positions, placing orders, and reacting to market changes in real time.
The suite includes over 80 tools for working with market data, order management, position and portfolio control, and creating algorithmic and AI-driven strategies.
Agent Trade Kit provides access to the full OKX trading stack, including spot trading, futures, options, algorithmic orders, and grid trading bots. This allows you to create complex multi-level strategies, within which AI agents can work with different instruments and markets simultaneously. The solution integrates with popular AI clients and development environments, including Claude, Cursor, and VS Code, providing flexible implementation and convenience for developers.
Agent Trade Kit is licensed under the MIT license, and its source code is available for community auditing and development. User API keys are stored locally and are not shared with AI models. This approach increases control and reduces the risks associated with using autonomous systems in financial transactions.
The launch of Agent Trade Kit is a continuation of OKX’s systematic work on developing infrastructure for AI agents.
