According to the case materials, on January 10, a man appealed to the Vinnytsia District Police Department with a complaint that while visiting the OnlyFans website, a girl provided access to personal pornographic photos for a payment of $12.
The Vinnytsia District Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Vinnytsia region has launched a pre-trial investigation into this fact. The man, who is a witness in the case, reported that he has been using the Instagram social network for a long time, where he found a girl whose profile indicated an account in the OnlyFans application.
After following the link above, the man discovered that the condition for subscribing to the chat was to pay 616.62. After payment, access to spicy photos was opened in the account.
The investigators managed to establish the identity of the girl and her place of residence. And on April 10, the security forces carried out a «covert investigative (search) action, namely, control over the commission of a crime in the form of a controlled (operational) purchase». For these purposes, the operatives spent 1,450 UAH and saw «a female person, being naked, using sex toys that looked like a vibrator and a dildo, fondling her genitals».
The investigation suggests that the girl may be storing mobile terminals and other equipment at her place of registration and residence that is used to produce, store, and sell pornographic content.
Therefore, the security forces appealed to the Vinnytsia City Court with a request to allow temporary access to the equipment in the girl’s apartment.
The court granted the request, allowing investigators access to the girl’s documents, in particular, to information in paper and electronic form about income and receipts, taxes paid, material assets, place of work, open bank accounts, ownership of corporate rights of business entities, purchase and sale of vehicles, purchase and sale of real estate for the period from January 2019 to April 30, 2025.
In another ruling, the court allowed investigators to access the model’s mobile phone calls.
The resolutions are valid for two months from the date of their issuance.
In the event of non-compliance with the decisions, at the request of a party to the criminal proceedings who has been granted the right to access things and documents, the court has the right to issue a decision to conduct a search in order to locate and seize the said things and documents.
The decision of the investigating judge is final and cannot be appealed.
