A couple who produced and sold porn on Telegram and, probably, Onlyfans went on trial in Kryvyi Rih. Law enforcement officers conducted a test purchase
The Dovhyntsivskyi District Court of Kryvyi Rih has sentenced a couple who created a business selling pornographic content via the Telegram messenger and, presumably, the international platform OnlyFans. The case became one of the first in Ukraine to reveal in detail a scheme for monetizing intimate content through chatbots and legal Western services.

The path to money
According to the case materials, a couple from the Donetsk region (both displaced persons from the occupied territories, registered in Donetsk and Yasynuvatskyi districts) launched activities on two fronts at once:
First, they created a Telegram channel with their own chatbot for accepting payments and accessing closed content.
The couple created a channel with a code name and set up a chatbot with the following rates:
1 month — 999 rubles / 399 UAH / $9.99
3 months — 1500 rubles / 600 UAH / $14.99
6 months — 2499 rubles / 999 UAH / $24.99
Eternal subscription — 4500 rubles / 2000 UAH
Interestingly, the prices are listed in three currencies, including rubles — this may indicate an orientation towards a Russian-speaking audience from the Russian Federation, Belarus, and post-Soviet countries. Payment was accepted by transfer to the wife’s bank card. After paying through the bot, users received access to a closed channel.
They also probably tried to sell porn content through OnlyFans — during the search, law enforcement officers found 5 paper registration forms on this platform (one filled out, four empty), which indicates active or planned work on the international service for monetizing content.
The presence of a completed OnlyFans application in the case file indicates that the couple was either already working on the platform or actively preparing to enter the international market. Four blank applications may indicate attempts to create multiple accounts or recruit other individuals.
Content production
The investigation established specific cases of the creation and distribution of pornographic materials:
The wife independently created two intimate photos and published them on the Telegram channel.
The wife, together with an unidentified male, filmed two videos of a sexual nature and published them.
The couple filmed two videos together and posted them on the channel. It was this episode that became the basis for accusing both of them as a group of prior conspiracy.
Law enforcement officers searched the couple’s apartment (initially at an address in Saksaganskyi district, later in Dovhyntsivskyi) and discovered a real home studio for filming content:
A Keenetic Wi-Fi router, two Motorola and Realme smartphones with Kyivstar SIM cards — these items were confiscated by the investigation. Three tripods-holders for phones and lighting equipment (a lamp and a round lighting device) were also found at the filming location. Intimate toys and accessories, costumes (masks with bunny ears), and gel lubricant (9 bottles + PLAY separately) were also found in the apartment.
In addition, PrivatBank, A-Bank, Monobank, and Universal Bank cards were found in the apartment.
How the scheme was uncovered
On October 3, 2024, during an investigative experiment, law enforcement officers gained access to a closed Telegram channel, downloaded video materials (bandicam files with shooting dates), and sent materials for forensic art examination.
On October 29, 2024, an expert examination confirmed the pornographic nature of the content.
What did the court decide?
The wife received two charges: for making and selling images (a minor crime) and for making and selling videos, committed repeatedly and in prior conspiracy by a group of persons (a serious crime). The husband — for an episode as an accomplice of the group
On November 12, 2025, both entered into a plea agreement with the prosecutor’s office and fully admitted their guilt.
Both members of the porn studio received two-year suspended sentences. The court also ordered the destruction of all equipment, props, and bank cards found at the scene of the crime.
