The service for businesses is already available on the Diia portal. It can be used by legal entities and separate divisions with a registration period in the Unified State Register of Information Systems for more than one year. To register a terminal, you need to specify its KIT number and UTID (as well as Dish ID and Starlink account number, if any), the Ministry of Digital Affairs explains .
Most companies continue to be limited to 10 Starlink terminals. Critical businesses are exempt from the restrictions.
Ordinary citizens and individual entrepreneurs can undergo verification in person - at TsNAPs, as well as at Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branches.
The main change is that you now need to show all the terminals you are registering. Previously, you could register a single device without physically presenting it.
Foreigners who have a temporary or permanent residence permit in Ukraine will also be able to submit an application through the ASC.
Removing Starlink from the register. Legal entities can do this through "Diya" (if the device was sold, lost, or made a mistake when registering), and individuals and sole proprietors - through the Central Registration Center. After that, you can register a new terminal.
Device statement. Legal entities can now obtain a document in "Actions" with information about all registered company terminals.

Notifications can be submitted by managers and signatories of legal entities listed in the Unified State Register.
Individuals and sole proprietors need to contact the Central Post Office, Ukrposhta, or Nova Poshta and provide data about the terminal.
After verifying the information, the terminal will be added to the "white list" and will operate without restrictions.
