By August 5, 2026, employers must submit updated data about their employees — conscripts, military conscripts, and reservists — to the CCC and the SP by August 5, 2026. This concerns changes in accounting information that occurred during July.
We would like to remind you that enterprise managers are obliged to inform the CCC of any changes in the military registration data of their employees by the 5th of each month (in accordance with Order No. 1487).
The employer must update the lists of personal military registration within five days after the employee provides new documents on the change of name, passport data, place of residence, marital status, education or position. All this updated information must be sent to the CCC and the SP by the 5th of each month in the form of a special notification, explains the "Sudovo-Yurydychna Gazeta".
To notify the CCC of changes in employee data, the responsible person first enters new information into the enterprise's internal military records within 5 days. Then, by the 5th of the following month, a joint Notification (Appendix 4 to Order No. 1487) is formed for all such employees. It can be submitted in person, by mail, or electronically (via "Diya" or an electronic account) - in the case of electronic submission, a paper copy is not required.
For violating the rules of military registration of employees, failure to submit data to the CCC, or employment of persons without registration documents, officials of enterprises face a fine of from 34,000 to 59,500 UAH (Article 210-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). In case of repeated violation, the amount increases, and compliance with the requirements is checked by the CCC. This liability applies directly to employers, not all citizens.
