Opendatabot presented the top 10 IT companies by revenue, which together earned UAH 56.48 billion in the year. The top three belong to American companies, of which GlobalLogic took first place.

Opendatabot has presented its traditional IT Leaders Index 2025, which was led for the first time by GlobalLogic Ukraine. The revenue of the top 10 IT companies grew by only 1% over the year and amounted to UAH 56.48 billion. Newcomers appeared on the list, and in total, 7 out of 10 companies in the Index are in the Diia.City registry.

Opendatabot has presented its traditional IT Leaders Index 2025, which was led for the first time by GlobalLogic Ukraine. 1. GlobalLogic Ukraine topped the OpenData Index for the first time, pushing EPAM Systems.

GlobalLogic Ukraine is in first place by revenue. Despite being included in the Index for three years, it has taken the leading position for the first time, writes Opendatabot.

The company is owned by the American Bonus Technology INC. Revenue for the year changed slightly — UAH 11.66 billion (+2%), while profit decreased by 28% and amounted to UAH 653 million.

2 and 3. The top three included two EPAM companies: EPAM Systems and EPAM Digital.

These two companies account for a third of the top ten's earnings, notes Opendatabot.

EPAM Systems, which previously led the Index for 2 consecutive years, dropped one step down with revenue of UAH 11.35 billion. This is 10% less than in 2023. However, profit increased by 27% to UAH 1.67 billion.

At the same time, EPAM Digital's revenues and profits are increasing year by year. With revenues of UAH 7.5 billion (+25%) and profits of UAH 838 million (+11%), the company ranked third in the Index. It is worth noting that this legal entity was founded only in December 2021.

4. Luxoft ranks fourth for the second year in a row.

Revenue of Luxoft Solutions, a subsidiary of Swiss Luxoft, founded by Dmitry Loshchynin, fell by 7% to UAH 5.45 billion, and profit decreased by 12% to UAH 263.6 million.

5. Intellias

The Institute of Information Technologies "Intellias" took 5th place with revenue of UAH 4.06 billion (-6%). At the same time, the company's profit increased by 18% and amounted to UAH 300.7 million. The business belongs to the company "Aitielity Limited", the ultimate owners of which are Vitaly Sedler and Mykhailo Puzrakov.

6. SoftServe moved up two steps.

Lviv-based SoftServe took 6th place. The company's revenue grew 1.6 times over the year to UAH 3.83 billion, while profit remained the same — UAH 210 million.

7. Fintech Band (mono) lost two positions.

The revenue of Fintech Band, owned by Monobank founders Oleg Horohovsky and Mykhailo Rogalsky, decreased by one and a half times and amounted to UAH 3.71 billion. Profits decreased even more noticeably: by 2.7 times, to UAH 1.15 billion.

8. Infopulse

Infopulse, founded by Oleksiy Sigovyi and Andriy Anisimov, is now owned by the Swedish company NUK HOLDING AB. The company's revenue decreased by 5% to UAH 3.06 billion, and profit decreased by 14% to UAH 332.7 million.

9. Highload Solutions (formerly Favbet Tech) entered the Index for the first time.

Highload Solutions (formerly Favbet Tech) by Dmytro Matyukha debuted in the Index with revenue of UAH 3.22 billion and a record profit among the top 10 companies — UAH 2.4 billion. The company, registered in January 2022, accounts for a third of the total profit of the companies in the rating.

10. The Cypriot SQUAD is the second newcomer and closes the top 10.

SQUAD Ukraine is a young company established in August 2022. The business belongs to the Cypriot company Squad IT Limited, owned by Ukrainians Lyubomyr Vasyliev and Yuriy Katkov. SQUAD's revenue grew 2.8 times last year to UAH 2.6 billion, and profit grew 3.4 times to UAH 80.6 million.

This year, the following companies dropped out of the IT Companies Index:

  • Playtika — revenue decreased by 8% compared to 2023 and amounted to UAH 2.14 billion;
  • SoftServe — revenue more than halved and amounted to UAH 889 million.

7 companies from the top chose the Diya City legal regime, with the exception of EPAM Systems, Luxoft, and Intellias.
