The Ministry of Education has launched a digital platform for teachers to help plan lessons

The Ministry of Education claims that this is the «first comprehensive digital resource» that brings together materials for teachers' work in one place. The platform can host state standards for all levels of education, educational programs, selections of exercises for the development of specific competencies, examples of cross-curricular integration, and assessment tools.

«This is a tool for professional creativity that combines state education standards with the daily practice of teaching in the classroom,» the ministry says.

Main features of the platform:

• Navigation in educational fields. The platform contains all the necessary documents — state standards for primary, secondary and high schools, typical educational programs.
• Interactive Standard. A space where you can track your student’s progress throughout their schooling.
• Examples of implementing cross-curricular skills, such as: reading comprehension, learning to learn, critical thinking, initiative, entrepreneurship, environmental literacy, and others.
• Library of exercises and tasks .
• Tools for cross-curricular integration. For example, how in biology and physical education classes, students can explore muscle function during different types of activities
• Assessment tools. Guides for assessing student learning outcomes and competencies that will help the teacher track progress and adjust the educational process.

The Ministry of Education reports that the platform " Education for Life " will be filled with new materials and pages. Teachers and methodologists can become co-creators of the bank of competency tasks by emailing [email protected] .

The platform is currently in test mode, and developers are collecting feedback from users.
