The government has adopted a decision that introduces automatic extension of deferrals, a digital format for processing, and the ability to submit documents through the ASC.
This was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko.
She noted that more than 600,000 Ukrainians will receive extended deferrals automatically - without queues and bureaucracy.
Also, 80% of deferrals can be issued online through "Reserve+." The rest can be issued through any convenient ASC.
An electronic military registration document with a QR code will become the main confirmation of the deferment. No paper certificates with wet seals are needed anymore.
All these changes come into effect from November 1.
"This solution is an important part of creating the "e-TCC" ecosystem, the goal of which is to transfer key services to an electronic format, increase transparency, and reduce the burden on territorial procurement centers," Svyridenko added.
