This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal and First Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko during the «Ukraine Year 2025» press conference.
Currently, according to the official, an extension of this period is being discussed so that enterprises that fall under the criteria in terms of profit volume and wage level can be booked.
«The reservation continues and it works,» Svyridenko added.
According to Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal, the state registers of the Ministry of Justice were under cyberattack and the data was inaccessible for more than twenty days. «Almost a month allotted for rebooking fell through due to force majeure,» the Prime Minister added.
Also, from March 1, criticality criteria for enterprises that can reserve their employees during mobilization will be updated.
As stated in the decree of the President of Ukraine, after February 28, a company can receive this status if it meets at least three of the following requirements:
This means that businesses will have to meet new requirements to obtain this important status.
We remind you that, according to the new legislation, the validity of reservations made before December 1, 2024, expires on February 28, 2025.
The government has provided for enterprises with current criticality the opportunity to book new employees until February 28, 2025, or when the booking of existing employees is completed. During this time, enterprises will be able to go through the procedure and, after receiving a new criticality, book employees for a period of up to 12 months.
Previously, businesses asked the Cabinet to extend the rebooking period by two months.
