Almost all IT companies from the top six — GlobalLogic Ukraine, DXC Luxoft, Intellias, Ciklum, and Sigma Software — showed a drop in revenue, sometimes sharply, in the third quarter of 2025. The only exception was EPAM Ukraine, the largest company by number of employees, whose revenue grew by 7,9% compared to the same period last year.
Almost all IT companies from the top six — GlobalLogic Ukraine, DXC Luxoft, Intellias, Ciklum, and Sigma Software — showed a drop in revenue, sometimes sharply, in the third quarter of 2025. The only exception was EPAM Ukraine, the largest company by number of employees, whose revenue grew by 7,9% compared to the same period last year.
According to Forbes, EPAM Ukraine showed revenue of UAH 14.4 billion in the first three quarters of 2025. Meanwhile, profit decreased by 15,3%, to UAH 1.5 billion, and in the first half of the year the company reduced its staff by 2,3%.
Meanwhile, GlobalLogic Ukraine recorded a 7% decrease in revenue, to UAH 8.2 billion in 2025. The company’s profit grew by 5,2%, to UAH 637 million. As of July 2025, the company had 5,465 IT professionals, which is 195 fewer than at the beginning of the year.
DXC Luxoft reduced its revenue in Ukraine by 3,3% in the first 9 months of 2025, to UAH 4.3 billion. The company’s profit in Ukraine decreased by 16,6%, to UAH 182 million. DXC Luxoft has 3,000 specialists in Ukraine as of July 2025, which is the lowest figure since 2013.
In the first 9 months of 2025, the revenue of the IT company Intellias fell by 3,2%, to UAH 3.17 billion. Profit decreased by a third, to UAH 256 million. The current number of Intellias employees is over 3,000 people, but the company’s staff in Ukraine decreased by 5% in the first half of 2025.
Ciklum recorded a decrease in revenue by 11%, to UAH 2.4 billion. The company’s profit for nine months decreased by as much as 31,3%, to UAH 55 million.
And, finally, Sigma Software reduced revenue by 1,2%, to UAH 1.4 billion since the beginning of 2025. At the same time, the company increased profit by 11,9%, to UAH 160 million. It is the only one among the six companies that did not reduce staff in the first half of 2025.
