Bubibo was created as a digital environment where the pet owner has everything they need in one place. The application takes away a lot of the routine, but there are things that the interface does not solve, the startup notes.
So Concierge became a continuation of Bubibo's logic: some of the tasks are taken on by the application itself, and some by live support, which helps to find solutions faster in daily pet care.
“Is it normal for a nose to behave like this? What food to choose? Where to go on vacation to take it with you. Concierge is a live team inside the application that answers these questions personally, with an understanding of a specific animal. The application is a full-fledged super assistant in caring for your four-legged pet. It has an online veterinarian appointment function, video lessons for training and development, and a QR addresser.
The founder of the Bubibo project is entrepreneur Samvel Hakobyan. Among the co-founders is Daniil Privalov.
Investments in the project exceed 40 million hryvnias, including expansion to other markets. The launch of the MVP version in Ukraine cost 15 million hryvnias. This is our own money, and no external funding has been raised yet.
In May 2024, Bubibo entered the markets of the USA, Mexico, and Canada.
