MacPaw has resumed operations at its office after a Russian missile attack damaged the Toronto-Kyiv business center.
«Today, our team partially returned to our native space, to a place that is part of our history,» MacPaw CEO Oleksandr Kosovan noted in his Facebook post.
In this regard, Kosovan thanked the large number of Ukrainian and international companies that provided MacPaw with support during this period.
As for the Toronto-Kyiv BC building as a whole, as the MacPaw top manager notes, it still needs further restoration.
«Unfortunately, the Russian shelling caused catastrophic losses for our partners and the business center as a whole. Rusnya so easily destroyed what had been built for years with such a soul and human approach. Restoration may take a long time and require significant financial support. I hope we will be able to find a way out of this difficult situation and recover,» Kosovan expressed his hope.
As a reminder, on December 20, a Russian missile attack on Kyiv damaged the Toronto Business Center building on Velyka Vasylkivska Street in the center of Holosiivskyi District, where MacPaw Space, the Superhumans Center, and Sense Bank offices are located.
Later, Kosovan, assessing the damage, noted that replacing the windows alone would cost about $100,000. The boiler room in the building was also damaged by shelling.
