CEO of ride-hailing service Uklon Sergey Grishkov spoke about the company’s three-year strategy. Uklon expects its value to grow to $300 million during this period.
Grishkov announced this at the Uklon Media Day event, which dev.ua attended.
The head of Uklon announced his intentions to «maintain leadership in Ukraine» and capture over 70% of the local market. He noted that the company’s EBITDA (an analytical indicator equal to the amount of profit before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) is growing by at least 10% per year.
Serhiy Grishkov added that Uklon aims to raise its valuation to $300 million in three years. Recall that in early April, Kyivstar bought Uklon for $155.2 million.
It was previously reported that after joining the Veon group, Uklon plans to select new markets where the parent company already has an operational base. This opens up opportunities for expansion in countries such as Kazakhstan and Pakistan, where working groups for market analysis and research have already been created. In Pakistan, Veon is represented by the mobile operator Jazz.
Uklon expects new markets such as Uzbekistan and Pakistan to generate 20-25% of total revenue in three years. Delivery should account for 15% of total revenue. Another 10% will be revenue from new verticals (new businesses — Uklon Ads and others).
Grishkov also reported that the number of orders in the service increased by 43,5% from 2023 to 2025. The average trip check is 163 UAH in Kyiv and 151 in the regions, and the average distance is 6.2 km.
Currently, Uklon employs 2,600 female drivers, which is 2,6% (+0.6% since 2025) of the total number of drivers in the service. «In Europe, this is 5-7%. For us, this is a systemic and targeted trend», — noted Serhiy Grishkov.
