Ukraine launches StopTysk platform to protect businesses
The StopTysk platform, a digital tool to protect businesses from unlawful interference by law enforcement agencies, has officially launched in Ukraine.
The StopTysk platform, a digital tool to protect businesses from unlawful interference by law enforcement agencies, has officially launched in Ukraine.
"StopPressure" should become a platform for combining the efforts of the prosecutor's office, the business community, and lawyers to combat systemic problems and protect honest entrepreneurs, the Prosecutor General's Office reports .
The portal allows company managers to report cases of pressure, undergo verification, classification, and provides a systematic response to such facts.
Information provided through the portal is used to verify signals, initiate investigations, and bring perpetrators to justice in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation.
The principle of operation of the StopTysk portal:
- authorization through "Diya";
- a detailed description of the situation — actions of officials, circumstances, date, consequences;
- adding documents, photos or other evidence (if available);
- automatic registration of the request, recording of all facts and their display on the dashboard;
- consideration and response within the time limits specified by law under the control of the Prosecutor General's Office;
- prompt adoption of management and procedural decisions, as well as providing business with constant feedback.
