This was reported by Interfax-Ukraine with reference to the press service of the EVA chain of stores. The NBU adopted the corresponding decision on October 30, 2026, including EVAPAY LLC (EDRPOU code 45302155) in the Register of Payment Infrastructure.
"The authorization gives "EvaPay" the right to provide money transfer services without opening an account and to acquire payment instruments. The company’s strategy involves creating a payment infrastructure for e-commerce and developing its own payment service as a competitive product on the Ukrainian market," the company’s press service noted.
Recall that the AMCU granted permission to the Cypriot company Mitali Holdings Ltd. and Alina Kiptyk to create LLC "EVAPAY" back in 2023. The EVA network itself (LLC "Rush") belongs to Ruslan Shostak and Valeriy Kiptyk. At the beginning of 2026, it had 1,167 operating stores, and its net income for 2025 increased by 18% to UAH 31.8 billion. For 2026, the company announced investments in business development in the amount of UAH 1.33 billion.
