The PlayCity agency announced an open tender for the development of the second phase of the state online monitoring system for licensed gambling organizers.
The PlayCity agency announced an open tender for the development of the second phase of the state online monitoring system for licensed gambling organizers.
As reported by the PlayCity press service, the second phase will significantly expand the functionality of DSOM.
«After its launch, DSOM will collect all information from the gambling market, as required by law. The state will see a complete picture of the movement of funds and gaming processes — from depositing funds and accepting bets — to determining the outcome of the game and paying out winnings,» the agency notes.
In particular, it is expected that the second phase will expand the financial transaction control system to deeper monitoring of processes that occur directly within the game.
So, the new functionality will include:
fixing the result of the game;
accounting for transactions with gaming substitutes for hryvnia;
control of parameters and operation of slot machines;
expanding analytical tools on gaming processes for government agencies;
strengthening control over compliance with the principles of responsible gaming.
«An open tender makes it possible to attract a strong IT team and create a scalable system ready for further development,» said PlayCity Chairman Gennady Novikov, who, as is known, wrote a letter of resignation after the change in the leadership of the Ministry of Digital Affairs.
Recall that at the beginning of the year, the Ukrainian company Kitsoft completed the development of the first stage of the State Online Gambling Monitoring System (SOM) for the PlayCity state agency. It operates on the basis of the low-code platform Liquio, developed by Kitsoft.
