This was reported by the PlayCity press service following the results of an unscheduled inspection of the company.
By law, gambling operators are required to use only software developed and supplied by B2B companies with an official Ukrainian license. In the case of GORILLABET LLC, the inspection recorded the use of software from providers without the appropriate license to operate.
This is not the first sanction against the operator. In October last year, PlayCity fined GORILLABET LLC 400,000 UAH for violating the deadline for responding to the regulator's request. At that time, the delay was due to technical negligence - the company temporarily lost access to the mail service due to non-payment. The organizer paid the fine voluntarily.
Previously, PlayCity imposed financial sanctions on STARBLOOM GAMING LLC , which operates under the online casino brand Slotor777. The company must pay over 430,000 in fines for using software from an illegal supplier.
