According to the case materials, on September 16, 2025 at 9:40 a.m. on the northern outskirts of the village of Mygayev, Rozdilnyanskyi district, Odessa region, at a distance of up to 12,000 m from the State Border of Ukraine in the direction of Moldova, an AIT member was discovered, who repeatedly during the year on foot together with persons against whom relevant protocols were drawn up.
The programmer did not appear at the court hearing, having been duly notified of the date, time, and place of the court hearing. However, he admitted his guilt.
The court fined the IT worker UAH 8,500, and he must also pay UAH 605.6 in court fees.
The resolution may be appealed within ten days from the date of the resolution by filing an appeal with the Odessa Court of Appeal through the Velykymykhaylivskyi District Court of the Odessa Region.
