As reported by the press service of Dija.City, the ranking of regions by the volume of tax revenues is expectedly headed by the city of Kyiv and the region, whose residents paid the absolute majority of the total amount - 24.3 billion UAH. The second place is confidently occupied by the Lviv region with an indicator of 2.4 billion UAH, and the top three is closed by the Dnipropetrovsk region, which brought 1.7 billion UAH to the budget.
Next, with a noticeable gap, are Kharkiv region, whose IT community paid UAH 788.5 million, and Odesa region with an approximate result of UAH 612.9 million. Ivano-Frankivsk region took sixth place (UAH 142.2 million), and Vinnytsia and Volyn regions shared seventh and eighth positions with an identical figure of UAH 134.1 million.
The top ten are closed by Rivne and Mykolaiv regions, whose residents transferred UAH 103.3 million and UAH 101.1 million, respectively.
Recall that during the first five months of 2026, resident companies of the special tax space Diya.City paid UAH 23.7 billion in taxes to the state budget . This is 77% more than in the same period last year.
Today, there are about 4,500 companies in the space, employing over 187,000 specialists. These businesses create products and services in a wide variety of technological areas — from defense-tech, robotics, drone production to artificial intelligence, MedTech, AgriTech, FinTech, hardware, and R&D.
