According to Zheleznyak, the Verkhovna Rada «failed the vote» on this bill — only 168 deputies supported it.
«The government and the OP wanted to dump the unpopular decisions (signed by Zelensky and Svyrydenko) on the Rada. The Rada refused. It is very telling that they did not even collect 168 votes from the 7th time,» Yaroslav Zheleznyak commented.
The Batkivshchyna party stated that they opposed this initiative, in particular because of the risks of taxing sales on the online services OLX and Prom.
