According to him, we are talking about monetary indicators, not the number of trips. He added that the company was able to reach pre-war figures in late 2023 — early 2024.
Pavlyk also noted that there are still cities where Bolt «has not even come close to returning to pre-war performance». He named Kharkiv among such cities. The company never started operating in Kherson, although it had plans to enter the city’s market in 2021, but they were postponed until 2022. The security situation prevented them from implementing them.
«Conventionally, the cities of the Central and Western parts of Ukraine are showing themselves better, these cities recovered faster, continue to grow. At the same time, the situation is much worse in the cities of Eastern Ukraine», — said Serhiy Pavlyk.
He also listed factors that affect the figures: curfew, air raid warnings, mobilization, and «the general economic situation». Bolt expects the company’s revenue in Ukraine to grow by 5% in 2025 compared to last year.
Previously, Bolt added a new service to its rides — the Women for Women category appeared in the application, where women can order a taxi with a female driver.
