Vyhivskyi stated this in an interview with Ukrainian News.
«Last year, we registered almost 2 thousand criminal offenses under Art. 301-1 (Child pornography) and all this legalization will lead to the fact that all this will be available to minors. Now the war and the Russians are destabilizing the situation with various cyberattacks, hybrid attacks, so this may become an additional direction in which they will speculate,» said the head of the National Police.
He added that it would also have a negative impact on «moral values, particularly of children.»
«We have traditions of intimate communication between people, and therefore, in my opinion, such legalization will have a negative result,» says Ivan Vyhivskyi.

At the end of December, it became known that the Verkhovna Rada’s Law Enforcement Committee supported as a basis Bill No. 12191, which provides for the decriminalization of porn in Ukraine. It proposes amendments to Article 301 of the Criminal Code, which prosecutes authors of adult content on Onlyfans and other platforms.
